Section-1 of this course on Maintenance Management comprises seven comprehensive lessons covering important maintenance concepts, provides a comprehensive understanding of traditional and modern approaches, covering preventive, predictive, and corrective strategies. This section also explores the maintenance project life cycle, method statements, and integrating cutting-edge solutions for optimal efficiency in process industries.
Part of this section-1 also emphasizes Maintenance Management fundamentals, focusing on preparatory works and essential elements such as plans, procedures, approvals, materials, machines, and manpower for successful execution in the dynamic field of maintenance.
Section-2 of this course on Quality Management Systems offers, through Lesson-I, an in-depth exploration of the objectives and processes of quality work at job sites. It distinguishes between Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems, outlining their differences. The lesson further delves into QA and QC verification stages and points within maintenance works, emphasizing work quality roles, responsibilities, and control plans.Â
Lesson-II of section-2, on "Inspections, Audits, Approvals in Construction & Maintenance," the course covers Inspection Test Plan features and formats, detailing inspection hold, witness, and review points. It outlines various inspection authorities and levels, differentiating between destructive and non-destructive testing methods.
